BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 25% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 25% buyer’s premium of $250 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,250.

REMOVAL: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOADING, REMOVAL SHIPPING & TRANSPORATION OF ALL PURCHASED ITEMS. Lots can be picked on Wednesday, Fab 21 following the auction’s close until 4pm and Thursday, Feb 22 – Friday, Feb 23 from 9am-4pm at 200 South C Street, Bld E, Lenoir City, TN 37771.
