BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 15% buyer’s premium of $1500 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,150.
PAYMENT INFOMRATION: All invoices to be paid within 24 hours. Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier’s Check. Credit Card payments up to $1,500 and a 3% surcharge will apply.
RIGGING & REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items with Steve Rayens at (859) 583-6088.
- NO LOADING FEES. We will assist with loading at no charge. Loading docks available.
- No Removal Day of Sales.

- Removal Dates are July 31 – August 20 by appointment.
- ALL LOTS MUST BE PICKED UP BY AUGUST 20, no exceptions.
INSPECTION
Open inspections will take place on Monday, July 29 from 9 AM-4 PM. Other days available for inspection will be by appointment by contacting Steve Rayens at 859-583-6088.
