AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 25% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 25% buyer’s premium of $250 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,250.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: All invoices are to be paid within 24 hours. Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier’s Check. Credit Card payments up to $2,500 and a 3% surcharge will apply. Furrow Auction Company reserves the right to require wire transfer or cashier’s check for any purchase.
RIGGING & REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items.
