These items are personal property of Victor F. Duggins, Jr. “Vic” and his wife of over twenty-five years, Gail Wilkerson Duggins (who passed in December 2024. Vic has relocated near Asheville, NC, to be closer to his daughters and grandchildren, which fits right in with his life-long love of the western North Carolina mountains. After growing up in Greeneville, TN, Vic attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and East TN State University and was in the Navy ROTC. He loves music and played trombone in a dance band, the Continentals, in his youth. He spent most of his working life devoted to improving educational opportunities for young people in East Tennessee and retired as the Vice President of College Advancement for Walters State Community College.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 20% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 20% buyer’s premium of $200 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,200.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: All invoices are to be paid within 24 hours in USD. Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier’s Check. Credit Card payments up to $2,500 and a 3% surcharge will apply. We do not have access to the card you have on file with online bidding platforms. To make a credit card payment, phone our office at (865) 546-3206. Furrow Auction Company reserves the right to require wire transfer or cashier’s check for any purchase.
RIGGING & REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items.
