AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Click for full terms. All Bidders and other persons participating in this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 25% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 25% buyer’s premium of $250 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,250.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: All invoices are to be paid within 24 hours. Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier’s Check. Credit Card payments up to $2,500 and a 3% surcharge will apply. Furrow Auction Company reserves the right to require wire transfer or cashier’s check for any purchase.
RIGGING & REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible for arranging removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items.

INSPECTION: Items are available for public inspection, and bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidders who are not present for the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect the item as well as if they examined it in person. Furrow Auction Company may attempt to describe the property in advertising, on the internet, and at the auction but makes no representations.
