With a professional team holding auctioneer licenses in 10 states and real estate licenses in 9, Furrow Auction Company conducts public auctions, both live in-person and online. Our team brings decades of experience and has successfully managed more than 15,000 auctions, making us one of the most established auction companies in the Southeast.

Meet Sam Furrow
Sam Furrow, Chairman and Principal Auctioneer at Furrow Auction Company, was born and bred in Paint Rock, Tennessee. Sam has a degree in marketing and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee. He graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering and the Certified Auctioneers Institute of Indiana University and began a career as an auctioneer in 1968.
He has served on a number of boards of directors including AmSouth Bank Advisory Board, the Innovo Group, Inc., and the Knoxville/Knox County Public Building Authority. In the volunteer arena, Sam served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Leadership Knoxville and the Knoxville Zoo, Campaign Chairman and Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Greater Knox County. In 1994 Phi Delta Theta recognized Sam as the recipient of the National Man of the Year award. Sam was awarded the James A. Haslam II Leadership Award by the Knoxville Chamber in 2010.
He met his wife, Ann, when she was Sweetheart of Tennessee Gamma Phi Delta Theta, and they married in 1967. Sam and Ann enjoy travel and their summer residences in Nantucket, Massachusetts. They share two adult children and three grandchildren.
