Furrow-Strickland Real Estate Services offers a wide variety of options to effectively market your property, including traditional, online, and print marketing. We analyze each client’s listing and a marketing plan is then created.
Furrow-Strickland uses top-of-the-line materials for our street-side availability signs, as well as banners – when necessary, along with professional installation that assures a visible presence through any weather conditions.
Online Web Tools
Furrow-Strickland subscribes to a number of paid and free marketing sites to further enhance a listing and reach a number of different market segments. We currently use email marketing, the local MLS, Loopnet, and customized websites for each listing. Our brokerage firm has the ability to go a step further than our competitors through unique marketing techniques, allowing us to utilize a wider variety of services and tools to best serve our clients. We also utilize property-specific websites depending on the property type. Our most important tool is right here, our own Furrow.com website, which is loaded full of valuable information.
Within a constantly changing web world, Furrow-Strickland creates content to enhance our brand, corporate awareness, company loyalty and property promotion by using social media tools such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter & YouTube.
Aerial & Mapping Programs
We utilize specialized software services at Furrow-Strickland that provide Aerial and Topographical photos as well as map and location photos. By creating multiple views of a land listing or location of a property listing, the viewing client is better able to get a real feel of the area from any web-enabled device.
Using a high-quality mega-pixel digital camera, we take multiple high-resolution photos of your listing to ensure all specific assets are highlighted. Multiple photos are included in all of our marketing websites and fliers to provide the most information possible as well as to make each property aesthetically pleasing.
Document Upload or Creation
If available, site plans, building plans or space layout plans are included in all of our marketing material. If needed, some documents can also be created in-house by our marketing talent.
Postcards, brochures, or flyers are used for some properties and are created by our in-house marketing team and printed locally (when available). These documents create an additional source of valuable information about the property.
Furrow-Strickland uses our in-house marketing team to create “flag ads” that are displayed prominently at the top of the local Business section of the newspaper.
