Furrow Auction Company is proud to offer the Estate of Carl Wattenbarger.
Mr. Wattenbarger was a well-known business man in Loudon County. He
opened the first real estate office in Loudon in 1970 that is still
owned and operated
today by Larry and Carolyn Smith under the name of Wattenbarger-Smith Real
Estate. Mr. Wattenbarger furthered himself in the Real Estate industry
by becoming certified as a Real Estate Broker, Appraiser & Auctioneer.
Furthermore, he built more than 100 homes in the Loudon area, a feat
that brought him great pride. One of the highest honors in the auction
profession is being selected to auction the estate of a fellow
auctioneer and Furrow Auction Company
is very appreciative the
Estate of Carl Wattenbarger chose our company to auction his assets on
